Dhanush is on cloud nine

Dhanush has won the sixth Filmfare Award for Best Actor for Velai Illa Pattathaari at the 62nd Filmfare Awards for South held on Friday. Dhanush said he would like to win more Filmfare Awards to get recognition for the hard work he puts in.

Meanwhile, the trailer of his forthcoming film Maari hit 1 million views in just two days. Dhanush shared his excitement on his official Twitter page.

Directed by Balaji Mohan, Maari will take on Simbu’s Vaalu at the box office on July 17th for the Ramzan festival.
